This policy explains what information SoftSprouts (“we”) collects through softsprouts.tech, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email [email protected].
Information you give us
- Contact form. Your name, email address, and message. We use them to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a possible project.
- Discovery call booking. When you book a call, the details you enter (such as your name, email address, and notes) are collected by our scheduling provider, Cal.com, and shared with us so we can hold the meeting. Calls take place on Google Meet.
- Email and phone. If you contact us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send.
Information collected automatically
- Security and abuse prevention. When you submit the contact form, our server briefly records your IP address to limit repeated submissions.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall visits to the site. It does not use cookies to track you across websites.
- Fonts and embeds. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the booking page loads the Cal.com calendar. These providers receive your IP address and browser details when the content loads.
How we use information
We use the information to respond to you, schedule and hold meetings, provide and improve our services, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as our web and email host, Cloudflare, Cal.com, Google (Meet and Fonts), and our email provider. They may process it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and meeting details for as long as needed to respond, work with you, and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor them as required.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
