Every project we build includes your first month of Care, free. Try it after launch, then keep it, change plans, or stop. Your choice. The free month is open, with no commitment: the minimum term only starts if you choose to continue.
Care and Growth start with 3 months; Partner starts with 6. After that, plans run month to month.
Pay for 6 or 12 months in advance and get 10% off. Otherwise we bill on the 1st of each month.
If a month needs more hours than your plan includes, we’ll quote it and wait for your OK before starting.

No, but most software needs regular security updates, backups, and small fixes to stay healthy. Every project we build includes the first month of Care free, so you can try it before deciding.
Unused hours carry over for one month, then expire. This keeps planning simple and lets us reserve time for you every month.
We’ll tell you before doing anything extra. You can approve additional hours for that month, or move to a bigger plan if it keeps happening.
Usually, yes. We start with a short paid review of the code and hosting so we can tell you honestly what shape it is in before you commit to a plan.
Yes. Care and Growth have a 3-month minimum term and Partner has 6 months. After that, plans continue month to month and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. We hand over all access, code, and documentation.
